ORDERING A QUARTER, HALF, OR WHOLE BEEF

  We offer a superior product that is both healthy and economical for your family. We charge $3.10/ lb. on the hanging weight, which includes cut and wrap. The average hanging weight is between 700 lb.- 850 lb.. You may contact us to find out weights that are currently available. We require a $100.00 deposit. If you are ordering a half or whole we will let you know when to call the butcher to place your cut order. Quarters come in standard cuts. We deliver to most areas in the Willamette Valley from Eugene to Beaverton. Steaks are 2 to a pkg., ground beef is in a 1 lb. pkg., and roasts weigh 2-3 lb.
